Shakthivel’s military handsets allow clear and concise two way tactical field communications with efficiency and high reliability for fixed and mobile installations such as military manpack, military vehicle radio, police vehicle radio and radio telephones.
The light weight handsets have been designed, engineered and manufactured keeping in mind the user’s comfort. Our handsets also use Passive Noise Cancellation technique for construction of microphones to facilitate usage in noisy environment.
Manufactured using high grade components, our handsets are weather-resistant offering high performance even in harsh environments and can be used in conditions of high humidity, wet or windy or even at higher altitudes. All our handsets meet the requirement of the relevant Indian Military Joint Services Specification, equivalent to MIL Standard.
With standard terminations our products are compatible with most of the military communication systems used worldwide. All our Handsets can be supplied with customized impedance values for the earphone and microphones to suit customer specific requirements.
The handsets have been tested extensively with state of the art software based audio and electrical test equipment and also acoustically tested, analysed in the reverberation chambers using advanced meters in our R&D Lab, thus accounting for the supply of trustworthy, dependable and high-quality military communication systems.
